WAC Lighting and Hinkley Settle Litigations

Port Washington, New York / Avon Lake, Ohio – WAC and Hinkley have settled their litigations in the ITC and the Federal District Court and entered into an agreement under which both Hinkley and WAC shall continue selling their respective products at issue in the litigations. Hinkley has agreed to obtain a royalty-bearing license from WAC under the agreement.
