Nominations for the AAiLA Board is now open until January 15, 2024, marking the start of Director Terms approximately on March 4, 2024. Eligibility criteria mandate ownership or employment within an AAiLA member agency, encouraging self-nominations. The Nominating Committee will nominate up to seven directors, dividing them into three serving a three-year term and four for a two-year term, with a limit of two consecutive terms per director. Directors are expected to actively engage in virtual AAiLA board meetings, contribute to organizational growth, aid in program development, and help steer the organization’s strategic direction, involving an estimated commitment of about five hours per month.
