The IALD invites you to participate in the 2024 Compensation and Workforce Study which aims to build a profile of compensation, workforce, and business organization methods of professional lighting designers worldwide.

You do not need to be an IALD member to take this survey. Research company PresiscopeIQ will collect your data and responses confidentially, anonymise them, and aggregate them prior to any results being shared. Your participation will help us build an accurate profile of the profession and provide you with the data you need to keep up-to-date on the state of the lighting design profession.
