Steve Schwartz is an industry veteran with over twenty years experience. He spent most of his career as VP Sales and Marketing for both Elco Lighting and Deco Lighting. Mr. Schwartz began his lighting journey at Juno Lighting where he specialized in residential and specification-grade lighting. He expanded into commercial products at Deco and continued into the energy space at Keystone. Mr. Schwartz has been responsible for managing nation-wide, independent rep networks, which included the evaluation of rep performance and the hiring and termination of rep agencies, as well as field training for reps, distributors, showrooms, specifiers and engineers. His responsibilities also included the management of regional factory salesmen. As a professional writer, Mr. Schwartz has been instrumental in developing strong marketing campaigns for many of these companies, having written sales copy for websites, catalogs and print/media advertising.
