Customer Service Representative with Ledrabrands

Position Summary

We are seeking to add a Customer Service Specialist to our Customer Service Department, where you will be developing new and nurturing long-term relationships with territory reps, agencies, customers, and inside staff. In addition, you will be processing simple to complex orders and communicating via phone/email with customers. Lastly, ensuring that all duties and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure our customers receive excellent customer service.
  • Process orders, provide product availability and order status (ESD) via phone and email.
  • Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA).
  • Assist customers with all post sales inquiries and questions, in a timely manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player that is highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient.
  • Excellent technical capabilities including MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand job knowledge.
  • Strong Customer Service experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite software is a PLUS!
  • Experience in the lighting industry a must.

Job Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Salary: Starting at 60,000.00 with opportunities for commission and bonuses.
