Gordon Brothers has launched the sale of all Saylite assets, including machinery and inventory, from the commercial and residential lighting brand. The sale also extends to Saylite’s Texas-based facilities, offering an expansive manufacturing plant and showrooms in several major cities.

The sale includes Saylite’s substantial inventory of efficient lighting solutions, valued for their quality and versatility. Manufacturing and Showroom Facilities Available

Additionally, the facility includes a dedicated multi-family residential division called BIBO, adding a further $2.1 million in inventory.
Beyond the manufacturing site, Saylite’s Texas showrooms in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Lewisville are also part of the sale:
- Austin: Located at 7532 Burnet Road, this 13,931 sq. ft. showroom has $767,000 in inventory. The monthly lease is $19,000 and ends on 31 December 2024.
- Dallas: At 4645 Greenville Avenue, this 15,000 sq. ft. showroom has $699,000 in inventory and a lease of $28,000 per month, which expires in December 2024.
- Houston: The showroom at 4205 Pinemont Drive spans 23,250 sq. ft. and holds $412,000 in inventory, leased for $14,000 per month until 31 December 2024.
- Lewisville: The largest showroom, this 19,227 sq. ft. space at 2525 E. State Highway 121, contains $919,000 in inventory and has a $12,000 monthly lease extending through 31 March 2031.
