Xiamen PVTECH Corporation, Ltd., has filed a patent lawsuit against Chinese manufacturer Jiaxing Super Lighting Electric Appliance co., Ltd. 

The complaint was filed on December 10, 2025 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. PVTECH accuses Super Lighting of willful infringement of ten U.S. patents related to LED tubes, patents that cover all LED tube products manufactured by the company.

PVTECH was founded in 2010 as a manufacturing company dedicated to innovative design, technology R&D, and production of LED lighting products. The company operates two self-built industrial park production bases in Xiamen and Vietnam, with a total floor area exceeding 200,000 m².

PVTECH places great emphasis on product innovation and intellectual property, having consistently invested in R&D over the years and established a comprehensive IP protection system. According to company information, PVTECH has deployed more than 1,050 technology patents, including over 220 granted U.S. technology patents.
