EdisonReport can confirm that Jeremy Cage is no logner CEO at Lighting Science Group. Cage, a PEPSICO veteran, joined LSCG in January of this year, as was first reported on EdisonReport. Yesterday’s 10-Q report was signed by Vincent J. Colistra with the title Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Colistra is with PMCM, LLC, an affiliate of Phoenix Management Services, LLC, a nationally recognized operationally oriented turnaround and restructuring firm. We have learned that the turn-around firm will be paid $30,000 per week.
Mr. Cage’s Linked-in account still shows his title of CEO at LSCG.
