Your humble editor interviewed Dr. Laier one year ago at LIGHTFAIR in Philadelphia.

In today’s extraordinary meeting the supervisory board of OSRAM Licht AG has, in agreement with Dr. Peter Laier (45), approved the termination of his appointment as a member of the managing board of OSRAM Licht AG effective 30 June 2014. Dr. Laier will leave the managing board and his other positions within the OSRAM group due to differing views within the managing board regarding the management and direction of the business.  Read more at EdisonReport.eu
