SPI Lighting Inc, a leader in architectural and performance lighting, has an immediate opening for a Brand Manager. This role will directly influence the direction and growth of the company. The individual will participate in the development of brand strategies with marketing, sales, and executive management. It will then be their responsibility to lead their entire team in the fulfillment of these plans.
This position is responsible for new product development and product modification initiatives, from quote request to commercialization, ensuring all customer specifications are satisfied. The ideal individual will have outstanding leadership qualities, the ability to think creatively from concept to production, and must have a proven track record in improving customer service.
Candidates need to have the skill and personality to sell complex ideas in simple terms. You will regularly communicate with customers both internal and external. You will be in charge of multiple subordinates, training and coaching them through the entire process. An upbeat and influential personality will be essential to the success of this role.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in management and preferably in product development for a manufacturing company. A Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required.
