In order to support our aggressive growth strategy, we have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to work with our manufacturing sales rep (agencies) in the Central territory (WI, IL, MN, IA, NE, SD, ND, WY and MT).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and tactics for the territory.
- Indentify and develop new opportunities.
- Manage agencies, including performance.
- Schedule and roll out new product programs.
- Train manufacturing reps on products, photometry and key competitive advantages.
- Coordinate internally all special requests and projects.
- Make sales calls for existing and new product introduction.
Education and Work Experience Required/Preferred
- Team Player.
- Excellent organization skills and autonomy.
- Exceptional sales skills in municipal outdoor lighting with proven ability to increase sales.
- Highly motivated with the ability to develop solid relationships with customers and rep agencies.
- Must show initiative and give attention to details.
- Minimum of five years experience in the outdoor deco-functional lighting industry is a must.
- Proactive, anticipate market developments and competitor’s moves.
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree, in business administration preferred.
- Ability to travel 60% – 75% required.
