Description:

LG Electronics, U.S.A, Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Alpharetta, GA office to provide inside support to LGEUS LED Lighting regional sales, lighting agents, and external customers for product ordering needs. 

Daily activities to include customer enrollment and purchase order entry; being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls from agents and customers; tracking orders and determining shipping availability; and researching and resolving accounts receivable and return goods issues.

  • Work as a liaison between Sales, Product Management, and LGEUS Corporate (NJ operations) concerning LED Lighting customer accounts, order inquiries, and purchase order processing.
  • Promptly answer daily incoming agent and customer phone and email inquiries, respond to product availability requests, and provide updated logistical shipping information.
  • Organize, review, and process new customer enrollment applications.
  • Provide technical information to agents and customers, including technical specifications, literature requests, and catalogs.
  • Recommend PO revisions and obtain pricing approvals when necessary.
  • Review purchase orders to ensure compliance with LED prices, be certain requirements are adequately defined and documented; differences are resolved prior to order entry; and LGEUS has the capability to meet project timing requirements.           
  • Initiate order entry process including electronic orders. Subsequent verification of purchase order entry to be provided to agents and customers.
  • Generate monthly agent sales reports and consolidate monthly agent commissions.
  • Coordinate resolution to customer complaints, warranty replacements, return goods, and any customer account discrepancies.  Assist and resolve credit and accounts receivable issues including RMA’s, credits, and deductions, etc.

 Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).  Primary language must be English as position will require frequent use of the telephone for customer account management.
  • 2-4 years customer service experience within the US Commercial Lighting industry required.
  • Must be detailed oriented and highly organized.
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing preferred.
