CIMCON Lighting – Boston Area;
CIMCON Lighting seeks high performers with exception customer skills to continue our rapid growth and leadership position in the global market for wireless controls for outdoor lighting.
Goal: Support customers and CIMCON partners in their implementations of CIMCON’s wireless controls for outdoor lighting
Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation projects and time lines.
- Configure and train customers on CIMCON’s wireless control systems for Outdoor Lighting remotely from the office or in the field.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners.
- Keep channel partners updated with the latest developments and CIMCON product roadmap.
- Provide customer feedback to product engineering for continuous improvement
- Contribute to a culture of success and over-achievement of company goals.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering unrelenting attention to customer service.
- This position is located at CIMCON headquarters (Boston, MA area).
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a technical project management and/or field implementations
- Wireless Mesh Networking
- Excellent understanding of computer networking
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage project time lines and installations
- Project management and troubleshooting experience
