Michael Begler Steps Down as an Owner of Enterprise Lighting

Good morning Friends and Associates,

 

The time has come for me to enter the next chapter of my life.   I will be stepping down as an owner of Enterprise Lighting in mid-July, but will remain on staff until December 31, 2021 in order to assist in a smooth transition.  In this time of turmoil within our industry, I am grateful tell you that this is a very amicable situation between myself and the other partners. 

 

I came to Enterprise in 1994 and became an owner a couple of years afterwards.  I am very grateful for the opportunity given to me by Jerry Roth to be a steward of this Company for nearly 3 decades-it has been a wonderful experience. Collectively, we have built an incredible business that is respected locally as well as nationally.  Our industry has a propensity for attracting smart, lively, and creative people. In the course of these nearly 3 decades, I have met some incredible friends and some incredible characters-often they are one and the same.  It is these relationships I will forever cherish.

 

The future for me holds more adventure and conquest.   My health is good, and I still have a lot of energy to pursue some of my other passions like music, farming, travel, cooking, cars, and boating.   I am truly excited but will miss the daily interaction with my team and all of you.

 

I believe Enterprise Lighting is positioned very well for the future and will achieve even greater heights in the years to come.  Mike and Harvey will be absorbing my role and have a very good plan for moving the business forward.  The team that we have assembled is second to none and has been continually infused with fresh talent.   Undoubtedly, they will continue to work hard for you- bringing value and meaningful results.

 

It has been an honor to be associated with this business and the exceptional people that comprise our Company and yours.
