To all agency principals and staff:
This is to inform you that Tim Berman, General Manager, Ledalite, and Lance Howitt, Director Sales and Marketing, have decided to leave Philips and have relinquished their positions effective today. Both Tim and Lance have decided to pursue interests outside of the company.
Moving forward I will be the acting General Manager, and in the interim have asked Don Jacklin to be responsible for our Ledalite sales organization, and Reuben Bartlett to handle our Marketing group. Should you require further information please contact me directly.
