Walmart got high marks Wednesday from the Naperville Planning and Zoning Commission for most of its plan to open a 170,000-square-foot Supercenter on 18 acres at Beebe Drive and 75th Street. However, the commission unanimously rejected Walmart’s request to deviate from the city’s code and erect light poles 17 feet higher than the city limit.
