Agency Sales Managers (ASM) – Attardi Marketing
Attardi Marketing represents a major lighting company looking to establish a national network of agency sales managers to work with lighting agents that will represent their extensive lighting fixture line. Location of applicants will determine the geographic area to be covered.
Description: These positions will report to the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Looking for experienced individuals with professional relationships with lighting fixture agencies, electrical engineers and distributors. The positions can be home-based and would require 75% travel; excellent starting salary and incentive program. The most important aspect of the position is the capability of managing and working with the lighting fixture agencies in their assigned area.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible sales and/or marketing management experience
- College degree in business administration preferred; or related field
- Experience managing independent manufacturer’s representatives
- Strong understanding of lighting fixtures and solutions
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills required
- Effective presentation skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- LED experience is a plus
