Responsible for managing a project management team, this individual will be managing our client communication. This individual’s team will be tasked with setting and exceeding customer expectations and interacting with all internal departments (engineering, procurement, warehousing, etc) to maximize our customer’s experience.
This individual must be able to multi-task efficiently and manage multiple projects, while being a senior escalation point to numerous clients. Additionally, this individual must assist our sales team with the proper start up for new clients while continuing to delight existing customers by exceeding their expectations.
