One Source Associates, Inc. and Paolicelli & Associates have announced that the two companies will merge in order to serve the territories of Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with expanded manufacturer offerings. Approaching that market as Paolicelli/One Source, the company will represent Hubbell Lighting and Lutron Electronics in addition to manufacturers currently represented by Paolicelli and Associates.
“It made sense to team up with an established, successful representative with roots in the local market,” said One Source President John McLoughlin. “It was important to us to partner with people who share our core values of ‘taking care of the customer, taking care of each other, being professional and delivering innovation.’ Paolicelli and Associates was a natural fit.”
Located in Carnegie, PA, Paolicelli & Associates employs 14 people and owns and operates its own 65,000 square foot warehouse. One Source Associates is located in Columbia, MD, and employs 54. Pittsburgh native Carleen Yarkosky will serve as Sales Manager for a team of outside salespeople aimed at specifying and closing project work. Additional staff will be added to support the effort in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
