EdisonReport can confirm that Design Lights Consortium will no longer be affiliated with NEEP and their independence will occur on 1 JAN.
In other changes, DLC has moved their technical support work from D+R International to Energy Solutions. Energy Solutions is best known for Title 24 work in California. D+R will continue to process applications.
