EdisonReport has learned that Mark Black, Executive Vice President of Acuity Brands, Inc. and President of Acuity Brands Lighting, has announced his retirement. On 31 December, 2017, Mr. Black will step down but remain an employee of the Company with a reduced set of responsibilities through the date of his retirement, which is June of 2018.
