We are looking for a motivated and results driven Service Team Leader to join our growing team. Our service team keeps a focus on national account service and small projects and includes approximately 100 technicians in 20 states.
- Position requirements:
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized work ethic
- P&L management
- Responsible for service metrics and technician/account profitability
- Acts as the liaison with the sales team including approving pricing & contracts
- Contract management
- Digital work order system management
- Assists with estimate and risk reviews
- Accountable for cash flow and Accounts receivable
- Job location in Nashville, Tennessee only
- 1/1/20 Potential start date
