XAL Inc. A leader in the lighting manufacturing industry, is looking to hire in our Customer Service Department.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of our products and processes as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Department. We are looking for an individual who will work closely with internal team members to effectively manage orders and ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Essential Functions:
- The ideal candidate will add to our positive, dynamic culture and love working with people both in our factory and out.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer quotes, order status, product knowledge requests.
- Processing customer quote/order requests in a timely manner
- Work directly with territory Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed customer expectations in your assigned territory and achieve company sales goals.
- Work closely with the Aftersales department to proactively address customer questions regarding to installation, wiring, control systems, and a wide variety of other requests that will come in.
- Provide timely feedback to the Department Head regarding service-related issues or customer concerns.
- Communicate routinely with sales teams regarding order statuses and shipping dates.

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business-to-Business Customer Service
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Technical Knowledge is an advantage

Starting @ $18.00/hr
