It is a big deal when anyone from lighting is quoted in the Wall Street Journal.  Your humble editor was pleasantly surprised earlier this morning to read the following quote from recruiter Paul Pompeo:  “Bringing up concerns could eliminate you from consideration, but there’s also a chance being transparent would prompt the company to tweak the role in a way that makes it your dream job.”
