Position: VP of Sales, Innerscene
Location: Remote or San Francisco Bay Area
Innerscene is a cutting-edge startup that develops, manufactures, and sells artificial skylights that closely resemble natural skylights, providing the illusion of infinite depth and casting natural-looking sunlight onto the floor. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lighting Sales professional to join our team as VP of Sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales partners, architects, general contractors, builders, and lighting designers around the world.
- Recruit, retain, and manage new Regional Sales Managers as we continue to grow.
- Utilize our San Francisco showroom to showcase our products and host sales meetings.
- Help develop showrooms in other key markets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the CEO.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
- Identify new business opportunities and key players in the market.
- Respond to website leads and phone inquiries.
- Proven sales experience in the lighting industry, with a track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the United States construction and design market.
- Experience with high-end projects and working with luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- The ideal candidate is located near the Bay Area, but we are open to a fully remote position.
