McKinney, TX – Brandon Industries, a leading manufacturer of exterior lighting and aluminum poles, is pleased to announce the hire of Derek Stafford, a seasoned OEM Salesman, to lead the creation and development of the new OEM Lighting, Poles, and Castings division.
With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Derek brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Brandon Industries. In his new role, Derek will be responsible for expanding Brandon Industries OEM business and building solid relationships with key customer accounts.

The goal for this position is to build a new sales division for this 36-year-old company. Traditional direct-to-contractor/consumer sales have accounted for a majority of Brandon Industries’ yearly sales. During the past few years, as supply chains have eroded manufacturing confidence for most of the lighting industry, Brandon Industries has been able to keep ahead of the demand due to its global casting facilities and partnerships.
Recent OEM demand has allowed Brandon Industries to provide its growing customer base with immediate access to castings and complete lighting solutions. Thus, hiring Derek Stafford to lead a focused approach toward growing and sustaining an OEM sales division was required.
