Product Manager with an understanding of the lighting market, products, product line direction, installation requirements and competition
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead product team across various company departments to develop multi-generational products and product roadmap plans
- Full life cycle product line management
- Outline product specification details including market requirements, target factory costs and market pricing
- Work with sales management to evaluate market needs
- Advise technical teams to enhance product design
- Develop a launch strategy for new products with the Marketing Team
- Analyze market data from the industry to evaluate competitive position and product family position
- Work with Marketing and data teams to establish content education distribution on product information presented on datasheets, family brochures, press releases, website, packaging, installation manuals, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in the electrical and lighting industry
- Experience with strategic planning
- Leadership skills
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
