Web Content Manager – Liteline Corporation

Position Overview:

Liteline is looking for a talented and creative Web Content Manager to oversee the company’s online presence and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website, creating engaging and informative content, and ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers. Additionally, this role will spearhead the launch of a new website and manage our brand across all social media platforms.

Experience with ClickDimensions, our marketing automation platform, is a significant plus. If you are passionate about lighting, have a strong background in web content management, and excel in digital marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
  • Maintain and update Liteline’s website, ensuring its functionality, user-friendliness, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement site improvements, updates, and new features.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Liteline’s brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Create and curate high-quality product descriptions, blog posts, articles, and other web content related to lighting, interior design, and architectural trends.
  • Ensure that all content is accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually appealing.
  1. Digital Asset Management:
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including images, videos, and other multimedia elements for use on the website.
  • Ensure that product images and descriptions are up to date and consistent across all online platforms.
  1. SEO and Analytics:
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics to track key performance metrics and user behavior, making data-driven decisions to optimize content and user experience.
  1. User Experience (UX):
  • Continuously improve the website’s UX by optimizing navigation, page load times, and overall performance.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance the online customer experience.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to build and engage our online community across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content that showcases Liteline’s products, projects, and brand personality.
  • Monitor social media performance, respond to comments and messages, and adjust strategies as needed.
  1. Marketing Automation (ClickDimensions):
  • Leverage ClickDimensions to create and manage email marketing campaigns, automations, and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze email marketing data to optimize campaign performance and segmentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Web Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in web content management, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
