LEDucation is now accepting speaker proposals for its March 2025 educational program, with a submission deadline of September 6, 2024. The 2025 Trade Show and Conference will be held on March 18–19, 2025 at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. Virtual sessions will precede the in-person event on March 13 and 14, 2025.
LEDucation is renowned for its insightful presentations, panel discussions, and practical case studies that explore emerging issues in the lighting industry. The conference will spotlight the latest technologies, regulatory updates, essential issues, and lighting trends. All sessions are AIA CES–approved, attracting experienced professionals and newcomers alike who seek AIA CES credits and other CEUs.
When submitting a proposal, ensure it includes actionable takeaways and practical guidance that attendees can immediately apply in their work.
Submission Requirements:
Each submission must include a detailed abstract and learning objectives that are clear and measurable. Complete contact information for all speakers must be provided. Proposals must be submitted directly to the LEDucation portal.
Topics of Interest:
LEDucation is seeking presentations on various topics, including sustainability and material transparency, codes and compliance issues, lighting for health and well-being, lighting design tools, communication, metrics, and methodologies, business aspects of lighting in various market sectors, emerging LED, OLED, and controls technologies, case studies of lighting design applications, and lighting design and specification topics.

Incomplete submissions will not be considered and proposals from marketing companies, third-party entities, life coaches, business coaches, or keynote speakers will not be accepted. Adherence to milestones and deadlines is mandatory.
