Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Northeast Regional Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our operations in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the LED lighting industry. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence, managing regional sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across the Northeast region, setting performance goals and providing guidance to achieve them.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the Northeast region.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management. Implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales management
Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the Northeast region.
