SALISBURY, N.C. (Oct. 8, 2025) — Shat·R·Shield Lighting Inc. has named Kevin Ruzicka Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, effective immediately.

Ruzicka began his career in the electrical industry in 2012 and has held positions with Fishco Group, Holophane, and Holt Electrical Supplies. He joined Shat·R·Shield Lighting in May 2018 as North Central Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in February 2021.

With this promotion, Ruzicka will continue leading sales and marketing and now also the product development team, guiding product strategies that keep the company’s fixture portfolio innovative and closely aligned with customer needs.

Under Ruzicka’s leadership of the sales and marketing teams, Shat·R·Shield has successfully executed a comprehensive rebranding initiative, launched new products, and is revitalizing its website and promotional efforts. His guidance has also driven the sales team to exceed goals across multiple territories, expanding market reach and strengthening customer relationships.
