Colette Fleming has joined Above All Lighting as Executive Vice President of Sales. This marks a strategic step forward for the growing architectural-lighting manufacturer. Colette brings more than three decades of industry experience and a reputation for building strong rep networks. Additionally, she is known for expanding brand awareness. She has also guided companies through periods of growth.

Based in Florida and covering the Central and Southeast regions, Colette began the role this week. She is already moving quickly to reshape Above All Lighting’s market presence.

Founded in 2015, Above All Lighting has steadily evolved from its early roots into a specification-focused manufacturer. It currently offers indoor, outdoor, and controls solutions. The company is led by President & CEO Jeff Liu. The global headquarters is in Shanghai. Above All Lighting also has North American operations that include production facilities in New Jersey and Vancouver.

Above All Lighting is also expanding its U.S. manufacturing footprint with a new facility planned in Washington State. The move will strengthen domestic production capacity, support Buy American and Build America, Buy America requirements, and help the company navigate ongoing tariff and supply-chain pressures.

As EVP of Sales, Colette is responsible for increasing Above All Lighting’s visibility and relevance in the Central and Southeast U.S. These regions represent significant growth opportunities for architectural lighting manufacturers. Her approach centers on education and consistent regional support. She works in close collaboration with agency partners.

While the company currently emphasizes architectural indoor and outdoor solutions, Colette has also signaled a longer-term interest in expanding into additional verticals. This will occur as the product portfolio grows.
