Regional Sales Manager with SATCO

SATCO Products Inc., a leading manufacturer of Commercial & Residential Lighting Products, has an exciting sales management opportunity in Southeast.  The candidate should be a professional individual that can manage and coach our current sales force, identify opportunities within our current partners and be able to create new business. 

The right candidate needs to have effective communication skills, be able to create and implement a sales plan, have exceptional presentation, management and leadership skills, and a proven track record of positive sales performance. 

Requirements:

  • An understanding of Electrical Distribution, Commercial and Residential Lighting and Sales Management
  • Overnight travel ranges between 30%-40%. The territory includes Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
  • Strong communication (email, phone) skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially excel.
  • An understanding of commercial distribution, the roles of Factory Sales Reps and Independent Sales Reps
  • Monthly Reporting – Internal and External
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of Customer, Rep and Employee needs to deliver positive sales growth in a competitive landscape
