Cooper Lighting Solutions announces that, effective April 1, Joe Melchiors, Executive Vice President, Sales, will be leaving the company to pursue a new opportunity outside the lighting industry.
Over more than 15 years with Cooper Lighting Solutions, Joe made significant contributions to the business and helped lead the organization through important periods of growth and transformation, including the evolution to connected lighting and the transition through Eaton and into Signify. His leadership helped strengthen the sales organization and built a strong foundation for the future.
As part of Cooper Lighting Solutions’ succession planning, the company is announcing two sales leadership appointments that reflect the strength and depth of its organization and provide continuity for customers, agents, and partners.
Ed Larkin has been appointed Senior Vice President, Sales, Cooper Lighting Solutions, reporting to Kraig Kasler. Ed currently serves as Vice President, U.S. C&I Sales and has held multiple leadership roles during his career with Cooper Lighting Solutions, including Regional Vice President of Sales in the Southeast, Regional Sales Manager in controls, and National Sales Director of Control Sales. In his new role, Ed will lead the Regional Sales Vice Presidents in the U.S., along with Canada Sales, Channel Sales, and Specification Sales.
Keith Moreman has been appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts, also reporting to Kraig Kasler. Keith currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Accounts, with responsibility across Enterprise and ESCO accounts, National Accounts, Ephesus, and Industrial Sales, including the recent Nemalux acquisition. In his expanded role, Keith will also lead Infrastructure Sales and Mexico/LatAm.
