Lexington Lighting Group LLC operates as dba Vantage® Lighting (“Vantage®”). Vantage® designs, manufactures and sells commercial and industrial lighting to many market channels throughout North America and the Caribbean, including vHealth® specifically for healthcare applications.
Description: The Regional Sales Manager for Vantage® will be responsible for all revenue generating activities of the Company relative to lighting within the defined region. This position will report directly to the President.
Salary:
• Base Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications; exempt paid on a weekly basis
• Additional compensation by means of a performance-based schedule

• Paid Time Off for personal use are accrued at a rate of 15 days per year, eligible for use after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities:
• Call on the marketplace to promote the Vantage® product line, including but not limited to sales agents, distributors, contractors, architects, and lighting designers.
• Communicate to the executive team the nuances of a successful go-to-market strategy by channel
• Hire and manage independent sales agencies as needed within this industry
• Recommend trade and media activities, such as trade shows and advertising
• Work hand in hand with the existing Sales team to develop sales within existing market channels
• Report periodic progress, including activity as well as successes and challenges
• Advise on product needs and further development
• Perform all other tasks that are deemed for the good of the Company

• States of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho. Subject to change.
