The person in this role will manage lighting and electrical projects under the supervision of the Director of Energy Services Programs.
Essential Functions
- Receives project assignments from manager
- Manages Lighting or Electrical Project work order from start to finish using all available systems, including but not limited to the Services Applications, Trackers and ROI Documentation
- Manages site audit data; enter and prepare Proposal and/or ROI Documentation
- Manages work orders in all required customer databases or spreadsheet (i.e. Service Channel, FM Pilot, etc.)
- Communicates customer concerns through manager
- Utilizes Field Partner Management Group (FPMG) to help vet, find, and assign field partners for all Service, Maintenance, and Project related lighting work through required systems
- Collaborates with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure appropriate costs and budgets are assigned to each lighting work order
- Obtains and logs all work order related information including but not limited to surveys, drawings, customer approval, emails and other
- Communicates work order status to manager or directly to customer, depending on customer requirements
- Attend and/or lead customer conference calls or meetings as assigned by manager
- Manages project through successful completion as defined by manager and/or customer
- Completes work order close out on a regular basis and submits invoice to customer with all required documents
- Manages project budget at or above required Gross Profit Margin guidelines as set by Director
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Handle multiple work orders simultaneously
- Status reporting when needed with site location managers, vendors, and client project sponsors
- General project support as needed
- Travel to client offices or project sites as needed
