GE Current, a Daintree Company Continues to Reshape Their Distribution Footprint to provide 24-48 hr delivery
We continue to take action to make it easier to do business with us and to operate more competitively. As part of this ongoing effort, today we announced the intent to close our Ravenna, OH distribution facility and move the products to new distribution centers located closer to our customers.
We will transfer inventories to third-party operated distribution centers near Harrisburg, Indianapolis and Portland. Moving inventory to these new locations will enable us to deliver products faster to meet market needs.
Closing the Ravenna facility is not a decision we take lightly, but we believe our new distribution centers are an important step for becoming an even better partner to you and your customers.
