Signify North America Corporation and Signify Holding BV filed two Patent suits against Current Lighting on Friday. Here is a link to the first of the two suits filed, with 6 counts alleging patent infringement in commercial LED lighting products. Signify’s Delaware District Court filings come just three weeks after Current Lighting filed a counter suit against Signify in Boston, responding to earlier alleged infringement of certain Signify Patents (details reported 22 JUN, 2023 here on EdisonReport).
