The Opportunity:
As part of our dynamic crew, you’ll spearhead lighting audit projects and manage the installation of top-notch lighting solutions nationwide. Immerse yourself in diverse environments, gather crucial data, and collaborate closely with our stellar sales and development teams to craft retrofit solutions that dazzle our clients. With your hands at the helm, you’ll steer projects to success, documenting the journey, and relishing the satisfaction of a job well-done, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Your Role:
- Pilot comprehensive lighting retrofit projects for a variety of facilities, leaving no stone unturned during site assessments.
- Translate audits into actionable plans, bringing teams together to kickstart installations with precision.
- Manage installations with finesse, liaising with all involved parties to ensure every project shines with professional quality.
- Navigate the ebb and flow of project challenges, keeping stakeholders in the loop and adjusting sails as needed.
- Celebrate successes and learn from hurdles with comprehensive reporting, fostering strong relationships every step of the way.
- Harness rebates and incentives to maximize client satisfaction and project impact.
Who You Are:
- A connoisseur of lighting design-build projects with a knack for understanding energy-efficient measures.
- Skilled in fostering connections with manufacturers and contractors, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

- Articulate and persuasive, with a professional poise that wins hearts and minds.

- Equipped with project management prowess, ideally backed by a bachelor’s in engineering, science, or a related field.
- A wizard in Microsoft Office Suite and at home with tools like Ecoinsight and Monday.com.
