Spencer Bolgard has announced his resignation as President and CEO of MaxLite. He is leaving the company on his own accordance to pursue new opportunities.
On Tuesday, Yon Sung, Chairman sent out an internal announcement to the MaxLite team.
After learning of the announcement, your humble editor spoke with Spencer who told us that he will stay on through early May and help in the transition. He explained, “We have identified an excellent candidate and will be making the new President & CEO announcement soon.”
Spencer joined MaxLite in December 2018 as President and COO. In January 2019 he assumed the CEO role. Under his leadership MaxLite has prospered and grown significantly through extraordinarily challenging times including tariffs, Pandemic, and supply chain issues. He’s built a great team of respected industry leaders all focused on the continued success of MaxLite.
He and his wife live in Northern NJ. They are looking forward to taking some time off and then exploring new opportunities.
