MAITLAND, Fla. — [September 10, 2026] — SESCO Lighting, Inc., headquartered in Maitland, FL, has announced they will acquire the Viriginia lighting and controls agency, Thomas Harris & Co., Inc., as of January 1, 2027. Thomas Harris & Co., founded in 1958, is a well-respected Virginia-based lighting and controls specification agency servicing customers throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The acquisition expands SESCO’s presence into the Mid-Atlantic region and advances the company’s long-term strategy of expanding its geographic reach, technical expertise, and customer support capabilities through selective growth opportunities.
