QSSI announced today that it has acquired PEMCO Lighting Products.
Pemco Lighting Products, founded in 1882, has been designing and manufacturing specification grade lighting fixtures and poles for one hundred and thirty-five years. It offers to the lighting industry one of the largest selections of contemporary, traditional and vintage designs available from one manufacturer, including specifically-designed solutions for custom projects.

Pemco’s manufacturing facilities will remain in Wilmington, DE, and will be enhanced with the addition of new automated systems to increase the manufacturing capacity.
QSSI is a manufacturer of commercial and industrial lighting and electrical products, specializing in energy-saving LED technologies as well as traditional HID lighting. QSSI was founded in 1985 and has its headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
