These modules give customers the flexibility to quickly turn unexpected fixture orders into fast shipments. Designed, manufactured, and inventoried in Arlington, Texas, AC Electronics can become the OEM’s module warehouse. With low 50-piece minimum orders, AC Electronics can eliminate the need for fixture manufacturers to tie up money in large module inventories. Also, to reflect increased production efficiency, AC Electronics has recently lowered the cost on many LED Modules.
All AC Electronics “48/50” LED modules come with a 5-Year, USA-backed warranty. In order to ensure this long-term performance and maintain the highest quality, AC Electronics uses only premium-quality LEDs sourced exclusively from Samsung, Nichia, or Seoul Semiconductor. In addition, each module undergoes 110% Testing – Every LED module is tested on the line, then 10% of these are tested a second time in the Quality Control department. Only after all testing is complete is the production run put into inventory.
