Cooper Lighting Solutions has received a small number of reports relating to indoor installations of All Field fixtures. There have been no reported injuries and no reports involving outdoor installations or the Prism RGBA fixture. Although the risk is low, Cooper Lighting Solutions wants to ensure that all fixtures are repaired, and thus will be repairing All Field and Prism RGBA fixtures manufactured between January 2016 and May 2019.
