We need individuals who want to be part of a close-knit team that is heavy on technical skill as well as an ability to visualize consumer requests for design specifics. The outcome resulting in providing the products that perform and have the aesthetics the final consumer intended as well as providing the best customer service through the process establishing our company as the leader in the industry.
We are looking for someone that can become a contributing member of our team, to apply themselves to projects presented to the team improving and providing quotes through following our quotations process as well as be able to communicate and provide excellent customer service to our high demand design community. The job requires a strong work ethic, someone who works well in teams as well as individually, is organized, and highly self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by applying knowledge of electricity and materials
• Gather and analyze diverse data to understand problems and bring them to light
• Confirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties
• Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
• Apply their skills accordingly when called upon for special projects within the department
• Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests
• Complete projects by training and guiding technicians in the field
• Prepares and provides customers with lighting/ electrical quotes based on the received orders
• Maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
• Learns and understands companies’ full product offer and its functionality
• Bring ideas and share with the team, to promote overall company growth
• Visualizes and transfers product applications from drawings/plans to quote form
