The WorldNetDaily article is all wrong.  

The article seems to imply that the government is making mercury mandatory “indoors” while banning mercury “outdoors.”  The problem is that there are no requirements to use CFL indoors so there is no mandatory requirement to introduce mercury into our homes.  Regarding outdoors, HPS and MH also contain mercury, so banning “Mercury Vapor” Outdoors is not the same as banning mercury outdoors.   

This is a very misleading article.
