Position Description:

Due to expansion Crestron is currently seeking seasoned Regional Sales Managers in Commercial Lighting Controls for several of their regional offices to cover strategic territories throughout the United States including: NY Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest. 

This technical sales and support position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Crestron lighting business at various locations throughout the United States.

These responsibilities include establishing and achieving sales, shipment, training and market share goals. In addition the position is responsible for managing the Manufacturer Representatives to successfully help in growing the Crestron Lighting business in each respective territory.

Minimum Requirements

Sales professional with experience in the electrical, lighting and/or automation industry as a Manufacturer Representative or Manufacturer sales person in the region. 
Should have demonstrated history of independent operation, achieving success as an individual contributor and thru teaming with others. 
Demonstrated comfort with critical thinking and decision making in ambiguous situations. Professional and confident demeanor and ability to lead and manage a complex systems sales process. 
Must have Commercial Lighting Controls experience
Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
Bachelors degree Preferred
