DES PLAINES, Ill. — Jan. 14, 2013 — Juno Lighting Group®, a leader in high-quality, innovative commercial and residential lighting solutions, today announced the addition of the Juno Trac-Master® T271L Arc™ LED series. Designed to yield well-focused, powerful trac lighting in retail merchandising and commercial applications, these exceptionally thin, professional-grade luminaires combine a field-interchangeable Fresnel-based lens with a high-reflectance optic system to gather more light and produce concentrated beam patterns. With this combination, the T271L Arc LED Trac series is capable of producing over 1,000 lumens of color-consistent light with a 3-step MacAdam ellipse chromaticity range. Adding to its quality and performance, the 13-watt operation of the T271 Arc LED Trac series is five-times more energy efficient than equivalent 60- or 75-watt PAR30 halogen fixtures.
With its single, sweeping curve and a shallow, cylindrical lens holder, the T271L Arc LED Trac series delivers big-time performance, and is available in color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K. Color accuracy is 85 CRI typical or optional 93 CRI typical is offered at 2700K or 3000K. Designed with an LED driver concealed in the housing behind the light engine and positioned with sufficient air gaps to achieve optimal thermal operation, the T271L Arc LED Trac series provides 50,000 hours or at least 11 years of uninterrupted, maintenance-free operation* at 70 percent lumen maintenance. Other key features of the series include:
- Interchangeable polycarbonate Fresnel-type lenses that provide spot, narrow and flood beam patterns.
- Unique, contemporary styling in a robust all-metal construction that complements a variety of decors with finishes that include white, black and silver.
- Standard dimming compatibility with a variety of widely available reverse phase dimmers.
- Mounting adaptor that permits 360-degree rotation and 95 degree vertical aiming.
- An optional, integral, louvered lens holder provides additional visual cutoff; also available as a field-installed accessory.
- An Enhanced Spectrum version is also available that makes red, green, and blue colors pop with unsurpassed vibrancy and saturation ideal for lighting retail apparel, grocery produce, art objects and many other applications.
