When Selux started its business in Highland, NY in 1983 it had five employees and a small production area. Today, the company employs about 150 people and occupies a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which has grown to 68,000sq. ft.

It is the quality of the manufacturing and the adaptability of the design that has ensured our company’s success.

“Selux interweaves three key elements: advanced technology, talented design and sustainable solutions,” said  Thomas Mindt, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Selux.

From the MTR refractor technology, introduced in the mid-1980s, to the lines of both Dark-Sky compliant and solar-powered fixtures, and to the most recent LED developments, Selux technology and environmental leadership has made it the go-to manufacturer for many designers.
