Inside Sales–EcoSense Lighting

EcoSense Lighting Inc. is a leader in providing best-in-class Architectural LED White Light luminaires. Our group of talented professionals are some of the best individuals in the industry and we are seeking an immediate candidate to fulfill an Inside Sales position within the Greater Los Angeles Area. The ideal candidate must possess some or all of the Skills and qualifications detailed below:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the lighting industry and basic understanding of LED luminaires.
  • Outstanding Multitasking Skills and work load prioritizing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite( Outlook, Excel, Word) with some AGI lighting software experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills.
  • Work well under pressure and great problem solver.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and support for our Regional Sales Managers and Customers.
  • Manage Order received and provide updates to our Rep Partners on lead times, order status and tracking information.
  • Provide quotations with complete Bill of Materials for projects.
  • Answer phone calls in regards to product, orders and/or general inquiries.
  • Be responsible for RMA requests and coordinate replacements with our production team.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with our production team to ensure smooth order process flow.
  • Assist the Regional managers with forecasting orders and updating the sales funnel.
  • Develop relationships with our Rep partners and customers.
  • Provide lighting layouts when requested.
